1. Port of Loading:

3. Delivery Time:
    – 20 to 25 days from the date the deposit payment is confirmed (applicable to most products).
    – 30 to 45 days for durian or products requiring longer processing and clearance time.

4. Price Terms:
    FOB, CIF, CNF, or other Incoterms as agreed between both parties.

5. Payment Terms:
    – Accepted methods: T/T, L/C, D/P, etc.
    – Standard option: 50% deposit upon contract signing; the remaining 50% payable upon receipt of scanned shipping documents.

6. General Terms:
