A. Black & White Pepper (Hạt tiêu)
  • Grades: 500 G/L, 550 G/L, 570 G/L (Black) | 630 G/L (White).
  • Quality: ASTA Standard, Steam-washed or Sun-dried.
B. Fresh Ginger (Gừng tươi)
  • Characteristics: Fat, bright yellow flesh, pungent aroma.
  • Standard: Cleaned, soil-free, size 100g - 150g up per  piece.
C. Fresh Lemongrass (Sả tươi)
  • Characteristics: Thick stalks, high citral oil content.
  • Form: Whole stalks, trimmed to 20-25cm (or as requested).
D. Fresh & Dried Chilli (Ớt)
  • Varieties: Bird's Eye Chilli (Ớt chỉ thiên) or Large Chilli.
  • Form: Fresh (with/without stem) or Dried.
  • Quality: Bright red color, uniform size, spicy heat.
E. Cinnamon / Cassia (Quế)
  • Types: Tube (rolled), Split, or Broken.
  • Standard: Essential oil >3%, Moisture max 13.5%.
